There are multiple reports from users on Reddit where users report that after installing the latest Fallout 4 Next Gen Update, they face issues with deleted or outdated DLCs. Some users mention having to delete and reinstall DLCs but are unable to reinstall them without purchasing again.

Make sure you close the application, and then follow these steps!
- Navigate to your Library.
- Go to “Games” and select “Fallout 4“
- Scroll down to “PlayStation Store” in the left panel.
- Select “Add-Ons“
The list of add-ons that you own for the game will appear. Also, you will see the download icon next to each DLC, click on the download button next to the DLC that you want to re-download.
