Things to Keep in Mind
Before doing anything, make sure that you have installed Windows 11 Cumulative update KB5031455 update. This update is mandatory to receive Windows 11 Cumulative Update KB5027397 which will bring the 23h2 update. So check if an update is available or not.
You can check in the Windows Update history, if you have installed it or not. If not, then install it first. This is the update I’m talking about

For that, Launch the Settings app by pressing the WIN + I key combination.
Switch to Windows Update. On the right side, check if the same update (KB5027397) is available, if not click on the Check for Update button and check if the same update appears, download and install it.
If updates do not appear, make sure to “Get latest update as soon as they’re available” is ON. If it’s OFF, turn it ON.
If it’s ON already, toggle OFF > Restart your computer. After that, turn it ON and then click the Check for update button and this should bring the update.
I have checked lots of forums, and many users mentioned this hack helps in bringing the KB5027397 cumulative update containing 23h2 updates.

My PC is x64-based so I will run the x64 MSU package. Follow on-screen instructions.
Once installation completes, restart your computer to apply the changes.
After the update completes, if you head over to the About your PC settings page, you will version is updated to 23H2.
