Unfortunately, there’s no workaround available as of now for PS5 and XBOX users, but here are some solutions that helps in fixing Monster Hunter Wilds crashing on PC:
Steps to Fix Crashes:
✅ Set CPU Affinity:
- Open Task Manager → Go to the Details tab.
- Find MonsterHunterWilds.exe, right-click it, and select Set Affinity.
- Uncheck the last two CPU cores (this may vary depending on your processor).
✅ Adjust Processor Power Management:
- Open Power Options in Windows.
- Navigate to Processor Power Management → Maximum Processor State.
- Change the value from 100% to 99% to prevent overheating issues.
✅ Change In-Game Graphics Settings:
- Set Graphics to Medium instead of High/Ultra.
- Disable Frame Generation (if enabled).
