Clear Credential Manager for Microsoft Teams
Credential Manager keep record of login credentials in one place. In case, there’s some internal issue with Credential Manager it is possible that you face problems in logging into the Microsoft Team. Clearing entries related to Microsoft Teams in Credential Manager fixes the issue.
Here’s how you can do that:
Search Credential Manager on your computer using start menu search bar and when it appears in search result, launch it.
Here, you need to switch to Windows Credentials and expand the entry related to Microsoft Teams. Once you find it, click on the Remove button
Use Strong and Stable Internet Connection
When user launch Microsoft’s Team for first time it uses internet connection to verify login credentials details. At that time, if internet connection is not stable or weak, then chances are high that users will get the same error.
