You can drive vehicles in LEGO Fortnite, but to be able to do that you need power cells. This part of the game isn’t as easy as it seems to be as you cannot simply find the power cells just like the other items in the game. You will have to create power cells of your own if you want to drive the vehicles.
Crafting the power cells can be a tricky part of the game as there’s no direct way to do so. You will have to gather all the required items and then craft the power cells. Items Required to Make Power Cells in LEGO Fortnite
Crafting power cells needs a handful of items which are quite easy to get in the game. Here is a list of items that you will need and how you can get them-
5 x Planks – If you want planks then cut down the trees and wood pieces.
2 x Soil – You can get the soil from the Grasslands Biome. All you have to do is go to Grasslands Biome, dig the ground using the shovel and you will get the solid.
1 x Sand – To get sand, dig in the Desert Biome grounds using the shovel.
3x Fertilizer- Feed animals like cows, ships, etc., in the game and they will produce fertilizers.
50 x Biomass– You can get Biomass from the Compost Bin, which we will be discussing in the later part of the guide.
6 x Glass- To get the glass, simply get sand from the beach or the desert. Head to either of these biomes and dig the grounds using the shovel to get the sand. Once you have the sand, you can smelt it in the metal smelter to get glass.
Steps to Make Power Cells in LEGO Fortnite
The complete process of making power cells in the LEGO Fortnite is divided into three parts. First, you need to create a Compost Bin. The second part is creating the biomass using the compost bin, and the third is creating the power cell. Here’s how-
1. Creating a Compost Bin
You can create a compost bin using the planks, soil, sand, and fertilizer that we have already obtained in the game.
To create the Compost Bin, simply head to the Build Menu.
Here, place the planks, soil, sand, and fertilizer and that will create the Compost Bin.
2. Creating Biomass Using Compost Bin
Next, you will have to Compost Bin to create the Biomass. You will need 50 x Biomass to create the power cell.
All you have to do is put Meat inside the Compost Bin and it will process the meat to create Biomass. If you don’t have Meat then you can use any other item to create Biomasss; that shouldn’t be an issue at all.
3. Craft the Power Cell
Once you have the 50 pieces of Biomass and 6 pieces of Glass, you can craft the Power Cell.
For this, you can use the Crafting Bench.
Head over to your Crafting Bench and put the 50 Biomass and 6 Glass in it and that will create a single power cell.

Once you have the power cell ready you can use it to power the vehicle you have in LEGO Fortnite. A thing to note about the power cells is that they are not renewable and deplete over time as you use them.
