It’s been some time since the introduction of Copilot on Windows. While you may be using Copilot frequently, it seems like Microsoft is encouraging users to rely on it even more.
With build 22635.3286, Microsoft has started rolling out a new experience for Copilot, aimed at improving and enhancing your workflow. With this update, whenever you copy text or an image file on your computer, the Copilot icon in the taskbar will change its appearance and animate. This is done to indicate that Copilot can assist you with the copied item.
For instance, when you’ll copy an image and then click the Copilot icon, it will display a list of actions you can take, such as creating a similar image or analyzing the image. If you select either of these options, the Copilot window will appear with a relevant response.
As previously mentioned, Microsoft has started to roll out this feature with build 22635.3286, and it’s being gradually rolled out, so it might take some time to reach your device. However, if you can’t wait to try it, you can force-enable this feature using ViveTool.
To do that, first, download and setup ViveTool on your computer. After that, open Command Prompt as an administrator, and use the cd command to navigate to the location where ViveTool files are stored.
Then, type the following command and hit the Enter key.
vivetool /enable /id:48681146
Once the command is successfully executed, you will see the Successfully set feature configuration message. After that, restart your computer, and you will see this feature working on your computer.
