Samsungâs One UI 3.0 is the companyâs next interface based on Android 11. The company has already started rolling out to various Galaxy devices which include Galaxy S20 series, Galaxy Note 20 series accompanied by Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ and more devices will get is soon.
The users who own a Galaxy device listed above are experiencing a weird bug. According to them, their device isnât showing battery stats for 2021 when the clock stuck at 12 and we entered the new year.
In laymenâs, if you head over to Settings > Device care. They arenât seeing battery stats for January 1, 2021, and later. And if they set the date back to December 31, 2020 or earlier, then everything works fine.

On your Galaxy device running OneUI 3.0, open Settings app and then go to Apps.
Tap on the Tiny (sort) icon available next to Your apps heading and select âShow system appsâ and then tap OK.
Scroll down, until you see the âSamsung Device Health Manager Serviceâ app and tap on it.
On this page, tap on Storage and then Tap on Clear cache button.
