Run MediaCreationTool.exe and follow on-scfreen instructions to complete the upgrade processs.

Once installation completes, you need to launch the Settings app and then go to Update & Security > Activations. Make sure, your device is connected to internet connections.

Here, you need to click on Activate, but needed. Wait for few seconds! Once activation completes, you will see a message that reads “Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account

In case, you’re unable to activate Windows 10, then you can enter the genuine key of Windows 7 to activate it manually.
